This workshop focused on establishing connections with local people through conversation and mutual activities, discovering issues they face on an everyday basis and working on a design solution as part of a group of architecture students. This involved engaging in local everyday activities e.g. preparing national dishes with the housewives society, observing and evaluating the state of Zuzemberk, identifying issues locals encounter and proposing possible solutions, presenting our proposals to the locals as well as architects. As a result, we built a shelter space for the interaction between the local people.
